Welcome to Jewish Howard County Online! The Jewish Federation of Howard County (JFHC) serves as the umbrella organization for all Jewish organizations and schools in Howard County. Additionally, the Federation serves as the representative and coordinating link between the Jewish community and the general community. The mission of the Jewish Federation of Howard County (JFHC) is to invest its human resources in people, community, and Jewish continuity – locally, nationally and internationally.  The Federation specifically addresses the delivery of education, social, cultural, health and social services to fellow Jews.  The Jewish Federation of Howard County is committed to keeping Jewish life alive here and throughout the world.     News and Updates Golf Tournament - May 19, 2008 It's still not too late to register! Waverly Woods Golf Club will be a host to our annual tourney.  Complete with door prizes, breakfast and lunch and lots of fun!  Call the Federation office for more information or to register yourself or a foursome!  410-730-4976, x102 Jewish Festival- Israel @60, June 22, 2008 11-5 p.m. at the Howard Community College grounds.  Continuous entertainmnet on 2 stages, food, games, many art & craft vendors.  Register for the "walktheland" parade by calling 410-730-4976, x101. A Teen Campaign banner, which is our very own Howard County's birthday card for Israel's 60th and will travel to the General Assembly in Israel in November, will be on display and ready to be signed.  Admission to the Festival is $5.00 per adult, under 5 free, or $20 per family.  Call or e mail the Federation office for additional information or to volunteer.
